Empower offers a series of workshops, in a variety of formats to suit the needs and concerns of both professional and volunteer care-givers. These workshops cover a variety of topics which can build skills, create self-awareness and support individuals responsible for the care of others. Topics such as respect, self-care, networks of support and personal growth are placed in an exciting format to inform and educate group participants
