This workshop is designed for health care professionals, palliative care workers and volunteers as well as individuals caring for a dying person.  Cultural and Spiritual issues revolve around the patient and their families.  Often we are unprepared to speak to the questions that arise.  Unfamilliarity with cultural issues can leave us feeling helpless and uncertain.  By examing basic principals of respect, self awareness and stages of death and dying participants discover that they can be effective in both the Spiritual and Cultural aspects of care
